My name is William Carroll.
I was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised on the Westbank of New Orleans. I am a graduate of Grambling State University where I earned a B.A. in History. I have obtained certifications in both Social Studies and Educational Leadership. I have also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
I have spent over 20 years tirelessly working to support the transformation of school culture, support educators, and implement strong instructional practices. I most recently served as a teacher at Collegiate Academies. I have also served various roles, such as classroom teacher, Professional Development and Resource Teacher, and Dean of Students within the Jefferson Parish Public School System.
