Interested students must complete the NOLA-PS Common Application to attend Sci High.
Complete registration after placement by submitting required documents and forms.
This is a referral form that will be used to refer a student to receive Counseling and/or Social Work services. Counseling services will be provided by Ms. Deja and Social work services will be provided by Ms. Robinson. If a student is a diversified learner, those students will be referred to Ms. Farrell. After a referral is made, the necessary clinician will be in contact with that student and their parent.
Please Note: A referral must be completed before a student can receive services.
