Sci High founding principal Barbara MacPhee honored at 2017 Orleans Public Education Network Public Education Awards.
Founding principal of Sci High, Barbara MacPhee, was honored with the Enduring Impact Award at this year's Orleans Public Education Network (OPEN) Public Education Awards on January 21, 2017.
According to OPEN's website, the award "recognizes educators whose skill, practice and advocacy have had a resounding influence on their students and on the education landscape as a whole."
Sci High has been honored by OPEN before; in 2013, we were honored to receive the Absolute Achievement Award for "superior academic performance" in an "inclusive school environment."
