22-year educator; Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management, Experience has included both administrative and teaching experience in various institutions of learning. Areas of expertise include novice teacher comprehensive mentoring, corrective action team supervision, instructional coaching on both elementary and secondary levels, NIET Master Teacher and TAP Teacher Evaluator, higher education administrator, curriculum, and program developer, with a vested interest in community-driven and civic initiatives.
