Dear Sci High Families,

Today, as we celebrate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., I have been reflecting on his main message of peace and of equality. At Sci High, we are committed to upholding those beliefs while remaining true to our mission of “...preparing ALL students...in an environment of learning and respect.” It is my hope that the Sci High community will continue to live out his message of peace and equality in all we say and do, not only on this special day, but each and every day.

Here are a few announcements:

  • Please remember that we have relocated to our new campus at 2011 Bienville St. We are no longer conducting business at the Loyola Ave. location.
  • Virtual classes and homeroom resume tomorrow, Tuesday January 19th, at 7:40 a.m.
  • Curbside meal service will resume on Wednesday, January 20th, from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
  • In partnership with CORE Response, a mobile testing unit will offer COVID-19 testing beginning Thursday, January 21st, from 9:00 am - 2:00pm, and will be on site (2011 Bienville St.) every other Thursday.

That’s all for now! Please be safe, avoid large gatherings, and wear a mask!
