SchoolMessenger is compliant with the Student Privacy Pledge, so you can rest assured that your information is safe and will never be given or sold to anyone.
Families can log in and subscribe to PowerSchool to view information on grades and attendance, and behavioral information in Kickboard. Login credentials are distributed during orientation and can also be obtained by requesting them in person (for PowerSchool) or through the student’s homeroom teacher (for Kickboard). If you would like someone to guide you through the process of signing in or would like another copy of your login credentials, please contact the following individuals.

All teaching or child care providers (anyone who provides or assists in the teaching, training, and supervision of a child), as well as organizational or youth activity providers (amongst many other mandatory reporters) must report to the proper authorities instances in which they have reason to believe that a child's physical or mental health or welfare is endangered as a result of abuse or neglect, or that abuse or neglect was a contributing factor in a child's death.

New Orleans Charter Science and Mathematics High School provide technology equipment and internet access to support the educational mission of the school and to enhance the curriculum and learning opportunities for students and staff. General rules and expectations for professional behavior and communication apply but are not limited to the use of schools’ technology and services, such as computers, networks, internet services, telephones, fax machines, printers, copy machines and projection devices. Employees and authorized volunteers are expected to use such school equipment for school-related purposes and performance of job duties.
Federal law requires all schools to inspect their buildings for asbestos-containing materials and to develop Asbestos Management Plans for those materials found. Our school has completed this Asbestos Management Plan. More

Seek amendment of the student’s education records that are believed to be inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the student’s privacy rights; 3. Consent to the disclosures of personally identifiable information, except to the extent that FERPA and the School Board authorize disclosure without consent; and File with the United States Department of Education.
