Coach Batiste began his teaching career at Sci High in 2013. He currently teaches Physical Education and is the Boys Varsity Basketball Coach. Mr. Batiste is dedicated to collaborative-based learning that engages students in the classroom. He is also committed to equality in closing the achievement gap. He went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. In his spare time, Coach Batiste enjoys exploring New Orleans, going to the movies, coaching, and participating in community service projects.
