The September 16th ASME board meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, September 23rd.

Notice is hereby given that a board meeting for the Board of the Advocates for Science & Mathematics Education will be held on September 23, 2021 via Zoom, commencing at 4:30 pm. Please see the attached agenda.

Pursuant to emergency proclamation 30 JCE 2020, the Advocates for Science and Mathematics Education, Inc. certifies that it must conduct the meeting scheduled for September 23, 2021, via Zoom or the Board will otherwise be unable to operate due to quorum requirements. Board meetings shall be held in this manner during the pendency of this emergency.

Note: Public Comments are limited to five (5) minutes per person and will be timed by the Secretary. Comments will be heard at the end of the agenda item as indicated on the sign-in form. Public Comments can be made only on topics listed on the agenda. No individual cases will be discussed. Please note that Public Comments do not include those regarding grievances with Administrative disciplinary decisions. Such concerns should be presented according to the procedures set forth in the student and family handbook.
